Audit of patient perception of the service we offer.
We pride ourselves in the service we offer and this is measured most effectively by asking our patients what they think.
We asked 100 randomly selected patients to complete a questionnaire by marking each one of 10 questions with one of the following scores:

The questionnaires were handed in anonymously into a closed box. The average score for each question was as follows

This is an audit which we regularly repeat as we make changes to the practice to improve it. Overall though, the results were reassuring to us.
