INVESTOR in people standard

In 2005, we were proud to be awarded the Investor in People Standard. Being a recognized Investor in People (IIP) organisation is a proven badge of quality respected by staff and customers. In today’s competitive world, the only difference between a good organization and a great one is it’s people. IIP believe, as we do ourselves, in the need for all employees to be trained to the highest standard and be 100% committed.

During a two-day assessment, we needed to demonstrate a clear vision , a commitment to and understanding of the staff development necessary to help us achieve it, clear evidence that such training has taken place and also that we had evaluated and understood it’s impact on our performance as a whole.

Our IP assessor concluded:
