Geraldine McGlynn - Dental Therapist

Geraldine works at the Smile Suite as a Dental Therapist. Qualifying as a Dental Auxiliary (now known as Dental Therapist) in 1973 and as a Dental Hygienist in 1974, she has obtained the C of M Certificate as a Dental Auxiliary and the CEB certificate in Dental Hygiene and is a registered Dental Care Professional with the General Dental Council, number 1146.
Through her career Geraldine has worked in Hospital, Community and General Dental Practice, allowing her to expand her skills and develop her role within the Dental Team.
With her wealth of experience Geraldine is able to carry out many aspects of dentistry including fillings, extractions and scaling as well as the specialised Orthodontic roles required within this practice.
She says, “Working at the Smile Suite is a real pleasure and the patients always leave with a huge smile on their face when their treatment is complete”
Geraldine is the mother of two daughters and likes to keep fit with cycling and Pilates.
