How would you summarise your whole experience with us and what difference the treatment provided has made to you?

I always knew dentures were not an option for me.  So although anxious about the treatment, on my first consultation I felt at ease.  Treatment has been excellent and well worth having done.

Is there anything we could have done to improve your experience with us?

No, it is always an unpleasant experience having dental work, but the professional way it was carried out made the experience much easier.

Would you recommend us to your friends/family/colleagues and why?

Yes, it has enhanced my eating experience and confidence.  I would highly recommend it.

How would you summarise your whole experience with us and what difference the treatment provided has made to you?

Excellent.  all my fears were allayed.  Clear honest information about likely outcomes.  Little snag was efficiently sorted out - even staying open late so I could get here from snow bound London.  Then the receptionist took me home!

Is there anything we could have done to improve your experience with us?

No. All first class.  It took a long time from start to finish but that was so that Andy could ensure the best possible result

Would you recommend us to friends/family/colleagues and why?

Yes - in fact have recently done so.  My new tooth looks amazing.  If you didn't know I’d knocked it out falling off my bike - you'd be none the wiser.

The SmileSuite is an efficient, friendly practice with helpful, friendly staff.  When the treatment is completed I am sure it will improve my quality of life and ability to eat (and to smile) hugely.

The seating in the waiting area is suited to the young and fit, For the elderly and /or disabled the seating is difficult to sit, or stand up, from.  It is too low. If it could be raised just a few inches it would be so much earlier (otherwise it is a very pleasant area)

Yes I would recommend The SmileSuite to friends and family.
